This “nuclear umbrella” is more likely to protect Iran from Israel, knowing this administration.
But he expects the US to “absorb” a nuclear first strike.
How John Effing Kerry, who served in Vietnam, managed to survive his treasonous youth to become a Secretary of State is something that anyone with a lick of sense needs to know and understand.
Kerry is trying to cover his azz with the Saudis because the US is going to sit back and let Iran go nukes.
Saudis probably wonder how well an Obambrella works at stopping a nuke.
