Well, see, here’s the deal, and this is why her defenders will think what she did was OK.

There are certain people, certain classes of people, who have to be allowed to not have to follow the rules.
They are superior ethically and intellectually to the point that they can be trusted to just use their own judgement in these situations and not have to abide by the rules/laws that people of lesser capabilities have to follow.

They need this “flexibility” in order to implement their superior vision in our society to make things better for everyone.

You see, it’s for your own good that they must be allowed to fly private jets to Global Warming conferences and live in mega-mansions and not pay income taxes and have a limo drive them 2 blocks to their office and have their communications kept private even though the law says they must do otherwise.

Yes, but the communications between her and her minions will be made public hopefully. She can delete her end but unless they do the same it won’t matter. I’m sure there’s at least one disgruntled minion out there.
