Dang chucky. Who knew it was that simple? Maybe post a couple of signs at the (non-existent) borders would help too. What freakin' morons. But hey. At least they're doing something. Right? Spewing in 3....2.....

Chuck Schumer wants to do just that. It sounds oh so reasonable, right? Nothing Chuck Schumer does or says is reasonable. Nothing.
Some of what he says may APPEAR reasonable on its face, but there is ALWAYS a tail - a vile, disgusting, leftist, anti-freedom tail - attached to anything and everything he says and does.

prohibiting individuals on the U.S. terrorist watch list Key point: Who manages the list?
As a Vet, I may be on it.
As a conservative, I may be on it.
As a WASP I may be on it.
No, thank you.

Notice that the article says “if” they were on the watch list. Well, Chucky, were they on it or not? Your entire argument rests on important information that you conveniently left out. Of course, when you’re really trying to deprive upstanding citizens of their rights, I guess that really doesn’t matter.

Another feel-good bill to solve a non-problem.
As Rush said recently, Dems have plenty of solutions for non-problems but no solutions for this countries real problem, like ISIS taking over the middle East.

Spewing in 3....2.....Exactly right - all the other laws designed to keep guns out of the hands of criminals has worked so well.....
They keep trying to find "reasonable cause" to further suppress the Freedom of the People that one instinctively knows what the real agenda is.

In case anyone was wondering, here's
Seven Ways That You Can End Up On A Terrorist Watch List. One of the links is to the Actual Guidance for the Watch List - it's a year old, but you'll get the idea.
Notable for its absence is consideration for due process - you know, that pesky old Constitution thing? I can scarcely believe that a fine, upstanding Senator such as Chuckie Schumer would ever have anything to do with unconstitutional stomping on anyone's rights. Knock me over with a feather.

If Nidal isn’t classified as a terrorist, what the hell do you have to do to get on this list? And if you are on this list, shouldn’t you be in jail?

Three points. First, aren't there some prominent people who got on the terrorist watch list for no reason connected to them? Second, we have been told that we don't have homegrown terrorists and the BAFT rules for getting a firearm by a foreign national are pretty harsh compared to a US citizen. Oh, that's it, third, so all the illegal aliens who are getting green cards and social security numbers will not have 2nd amendment right even though they aren't actual citizens. So this is about preventing Obama’s executive amnesty from arming terrorists just like his fast & furious program backfired against the administration.
Yes, Chuck is right to be concerned and we really do need to make it harder for the foreign terrorists (who are being given work permits and social security numbers) by the Presidents executive program from legally acquiring firearms. How embarrassing would it be. I mean we have killers and rapists who he has decided need to stay, if he had a terrorist who murdered dozens, it would not go down well with the American public.
