RUSH: Here's how the Regime's doing it. The Regime and the Drive-Bys are trying to intimidate the court, trying to influence the court, trying to shape the court. Josh Earnest, press briefing at the White House today. A reporter said, "One of the justices this morning suggested the court could give states time to prepare for the impact if it decided to rule against the government in this case. I'm just wondering if you have any response to that, Josh. Would that be feasible? Just wait 'til next year for a decision like that to take effect?"
EARNEST: It's important for people to understand that there is no contingency plan that could be implemented that could prevent the catastrophic damage that would be done by essentially undermining the Affordable Care Act with an adversarial, uh, ruling on this. The truth is that there are no easy answers! There is no simple step, no obvious step that anybody can take that would prevent this catastrophic damage from taking place.
RUSH: Okay, and what that's supposed to here is Justice Kennedy and Justice Roberts are supposed to go home tonight and turn on the news, and they're supposed to see the White House press secretary say that if they rule against the administration, "It's gonna be a nationwide catastrophe! You don't want that on your shoulders, Judge, and you don't want that on your shoulders, Mr. Chief Justice. It's gonna be a catastrophe! We don't have any contingency plan. You're gonna be wiping people's health care out."
That's how it's to be reported, and it is not just Earnest doing it. This is happening throughout the Drive-By Media. The reason is, they think it worked on Roberts the first time. They are convinced that it worked on Roberts the first time. Note, by the way, it worked on Roberts, not Kennedy, the first time. Everybody thinks Kennedy is the swing vote that we need to be worried about, and I'm thinking you may need to change your focus on that, folks, just a little bit.

At some point, when you are bought and paid for it becomes obvious.

I refuse to get my hopes up, having had them bird-shot out of the sky in June of 2012. I expect Roberts & Co. to support O-Care, for whatever reasons. We can only hope the next President rolls some of this back later. We can only hope the next Republican Speaker is someone with a stronger sense of purpose vs just the instinct of survival by treading water like The Boehner.
We already know how this is going to play out. Boehner will bring out “the photos” and mention Robert’s adopted kids and he will give 0 exactly what he wants...
Maybe Roberts can join Boehner in the steam room later to work another deal.
That is, they will save the arrogant Gruber after he put his foot in his mouth again and again as he tried to explain how each state needed to set up its own exchange in order for its citizens to receive subsidies.
Well, at least the Mademoiselles have a Labor Union looking out for them, along with many forms of ‘binding’ arbitration.
I call bullshit. It would not be catastrophic if Obamacare went down if Congress then did two things:
1) Struck down barriers to interstate health insurance;
2) Struck down barriers to cafeteria-style health policies that allow people to absolutely choose whatever coverage levels and issues they want combined in their policies, instead of being forced into cable-TV-style enforced group policies.
If that happened, we’d have the best quality, lowest-priced medical system in the world within a single year.
In other words, rewrite the constitution to benefit our cause because we cannot implement our agenda and remain within the constraints of the constitution.

Hilly tried to stick Fast and furious on Holder and Obama.
They cut her out of the loop and sent her to Papua New Guinie.

Maybe, but he did say then that it was not the Court’s job to protect the nation from unwise or stupid laws. That seems to fit the current situation and if it was solid thinking in 2012, it remains so today. The Dims wrote the law , now they have to own it.

The “damage” would be to the body-mortgage traffickers, that have factored in possessing American human body mortgages to cancel their QE scam and raise interest rates.

But, I am now covered for procedures and conditions I can not possibly have. I was worried about having to pay for giving birth, despite not being possible for me. I can sleep easy now, Thanks Obama.

And, under the Constitution, the Congress has the last say on ANY Supreme Court decision.
