(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the State Department seeking any and all communications – including emails – from then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her Chief of Staff Huma Abedin with Nagla Mahmoud, wife of ousted Egyptian president Mohammad Morsi, from January 21, 2009 to January 31, 2013 (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00321)). This latest lawsuit will require the State Department to answer questions about and conduct thorough searches of Hillary Clinton’s newly discovered hidden email accounts. Judicial Watch also has nearly a dozen other active FOIA lawsuits that may require the State Department to search these email accounts. Huma Abedin is also alleged to have a secret account as well.

I can’t imagine why Hillary’s server has not been seized by the State Dept. as a potential security breach.

If by "throwing in the towel" you mean she'll supply the documents, I think that DOES unveil the relationship. I'm not sure what you meant... but yes on the potential juiciness of it all.
Its deeper than that. Official govt emails are required to be on govt owned systems or govt approved systems. Anything remotely sensitive has tighter controls.
Certainly she had classified information which cannot be on those types of systems.
This should put her in jail but she won’t even have to answer for it.

Every FEDGOV employee that has a computer has to take training every year in order to get a password to access their agencies network.
This training specifically states that personal e-mail is NOT to be used for government business.
In addition to that, DHS has of a few months ago blocked access to ANY personal e-mail on their computers (Yahoo, G-mail, etc.)
That the goddamned SOS was using non-secure e-mail is preposterous, and only an effin Clinton would have the audacity to do it.
Even ABC news has the video clip of her discussing email at a fundraising event in 2000 at Spago in Beverly Hills.
