Post the right one for me and everybody else, please. I can’t find it and am easily confused by these procedural votes in Congress.

75 Republicans voted for the “clean” bill (which is actually dirty); not a single Democrat broke ranks and voted against it.
To: CedarDave
Thanks. My guy voted the RIGHT way!

Nice. All four Utah reps voted against it, yes, including Mia Love.

Interesting - Martha McSally, R-AZ, voted yes. She won her district by only a couple of hundred votes after weeks of challenges from the Rats. The only reason I can think of for her vote is that she is right on the border in SE AZ and the agents pressured her. All other Republicans in the state voted no.
My Pub representative in southern NM whose district encompasses the entire border from TX west to AZ voted no.

Is it possible to dislike someone more than Obama? If so, it’s Boehner

We are not going to get or country back, not with a ballot. The wisest thing I've read on Free Republic in a very long time.

Long past time for a new Speaker.
I’d like to see a motion to vacate the Chair. Tomorrow would be nice.

Yep, we've been betrayed. It's official now. The GOP has now shown us that elections do not have consequences, and that they are afraid to stand on principle.
The USA is doomed.

Another interesting note as Boehner voted yea. From the GovTrack website:
The Speaker of the House is not required to vote in ordinary legislative proceedings, except when such vote would be decisive. In practice, this means the Speaker of the House rarely votes and only does so when it is politically useful. When the Speaker declines to vote, he or she is simply omitted from the roll call by the House Clerk.

Boehner... new Dem minority leader. Move over, Nancy P.

Thanks.
There’s a more detailed one at #103 that shows party of each Rep.

The GOP was worried about losing the PR war if they shut down the DHS. Now they have lost the PR war by not shutting down the DHS.
There's a lesson there somewhere, but I don't think the GOP will ever figure it out.

This kind of vote makes a lot of phony conservatives in the 167 NO look good.......
