The top general overseeing U.S. military attacks on the Islamic State group in Iraq is telling a congressional panel that the militants are losing and that the U.S.-led coalition has killed 8,500 of their fighters.
Army Gen. Lloyd Austin made the statement to the House Armed Services Committee on Tuesday in testifying in support of President Barack Obama's request for new legal authority to execute the military campaign against the Islamic State.

When I start hearing body counts I think of the useless body count from ‘Nam. At the start of all this estimates were ISIS had 10,000 men. According to this General, 85% of ISIS’s initial strength has been killed. It is pretty obvious ISIS has grown in power and manpower.
But, we can’t win by killing them.

My guess is propaganda for bambi. Why is Iran leading the fight in what Mosul? If bambi were other than a muslim nazi ISIS would have never had a foothold or at worst we would have taken out 20,000 at the start of the pretend campaign last year.

Not killing fast enough. 10% is at least 130 million. That is far more than 8500 and they are breeding too fast.
If true, Amnesty International would be screaming about America killing 8,500 innocent civilians.

What western news orgs need to do is heavily publish the deaths of all the idiot, young muzzies eagerly running off to the mideast to murder infidels, rape and pillage. Like, “Mohammad X. Snackbar, blown to pieces by a smart bomb last Tuesday.” or “Abdul Rockheadi, head blown off by .50 cal slug from U.S. Marine sniper last Friday.” And then show the grisly photos. Might deter a few who think they’re headed for glory.
We need to kill them faster than they join up.
