Obama keeps trying to find something that will cause the people to rise up in rebellion, so he can call out the troops and take over the country.
I absolutely believe that. Taxation without representation would seem to be a winner in that regard, but We The People are remarkably complacent.
I too believe he is trying to draw people out, it backfired on him with Ferguson. The race war fizzled out.
