While speaking at a town hall meeting Wednesday night at Florida International University, President Obama clearly indicated that he believes he is the final authority on law in this country. He will not tolerate dissent.
"If Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I'm doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I'm absolutely confident that what we're doing is the right thing to do," he told a group organized by Democratic Rep. Jose Diaz-Balart.

Like WWE wrestling the GOPe vs Obama look and sound like a fight... but all seems scripted, the outcome already decided (WWE however, is much more believable). Couple questions... Obama had the threaten enforcement agencies to comply with his amnesty EO (does that mean some will not?). Also more and more local sheriffs are opposing “Dear Leader”... and some states are moving to resist his despotism. Final question is for Boner and Old McConnell: will you and the the GOP establishment ever truly oppose Obama? Especially on or about January 20, 2017, we he declares himself “president for life”?
McCain rescued his dead 2008 primary campaign by using the “secure the border first” ruse, and again in 2010. I think Jebbie is now getting started with the same ruse to hide his true intentions which are well known.

The Executive Order issue must be examined and corrected. It will be, going forward, very easy for a President with a divided Congress to a Dictator. Obama is showing how it’s done.

As stated in another post...what exactly will Obambi do with regard to the 26 States against his amnesty "memo"? More importantly, what will he do against the 36 States regarding the illegal Obamacare subsidies? Robert's USSC can rule for him in both cases. Then what? Obambi sends in the National Guard? Never happen. The 26 and 36 States can just ignore him and the USSC has NO power.
His only recourse is to reduce/eliminate re-embursement of tax money to such States. However, the States can withhold their tax receipts to the Fedgov. What a wonderful Constitutional crisis that would be.
Don't bother with all the erronious precedence and wrongful historical USSC decisions. They all have skirted around the Original Intent of our Founding Fathers for decades. Lawyers spin, parse, distort the Constitution, but the underlying intent still exists if only pro-Constitutionalists make the point.
Ted Cruz is trying. He is our new Reagan. Screw Jeb Bush, Christie, Santorom, Huckbee, et al. Walker is mostly right, also.

Huh? Democracy does mean "mob rule". Democracy is 2 wolves and 1 lamb deciding what's for dinner. That's why our FF's establish a Republic, to give the minority (lamb) and equal say.
