I’ve been served with papers a couple of times in my life, and it never even occured to me to get angry at the guy who’s serving the papers. Talk about shooting the messanger!

What does this say about every other thing they've done as officers?

What does it do to the credibility of their past, present and future testimony in court or on any of the official paper trail they've left or will leave as law enforcement officers.

Now that they're documented by video liars, will the people they've arrested or ticketed be able to use this to have the arrest/charges against them dropped or have the ticket(s) dismissed?

The LA cops are corrupt, but LA is a fairly corrupts state in general. This makes national news as part of a general war on the police. It is a warning to white people that “it can happen to you”. The WaPo is a leftist propaganda instrument everything has a reason why it is published.
