How do you know?
I meant Quannell X. I got my exes messed up. I don’t have to worry about mixing up those other exes. One is as bad as the other.
Because they explained how they came to be involved with the cops.
Happens. Do you know why they use the single letter "X" for their 'name'?
How about one example?
Especially if you are driving. But still, I really like the new term 'mentallynill'.
Oh, so you want me to try and go back through years and years of posts where Freepers have told of their encounters with the police that went bad ?
It’s part of human nature, and you know it (or should). Those who have never had negative encounters with police seem to have neutral opinions about them. Those who have had negative encounters usually have negative opinions. Most of them got themselves into that mess to begin with.
There are a few who have had negative encounters and were completely innocent. I have seen comments from them as well. But they are far and few between.
BUT... I will give you one example. I have had dealings with the police. Each time it was through my actions. I am the one responsible for it happening to begin with. I was also responsible enough to ensure it didn’t go from bad to worse. I don’t trust cops for the simple reason that they are not my friend or benefactor in anyway. But I don’t hate them.
You want to be able to make assertions without lifting a finger to prove it.
Wait, are you a cop?
Why do you find common sense to be so unbelievable.
Wait, are you a cop?
No, of course not. Didn't you read my last post ?
Frankly, I am having difficulty understanding why you don't believe that most of those who complain about the police brought the encounter on themselves.
Because you have offered no proof.
I guess you got me then. No one who ever had a bad encounter with police took actions that led to the encounter and then led to it going bad.
Like Eric Garner. Totally innocent.
I never claimed such.
OK. Then perhaps it is I who doesn’t understand what you are claiming or trying to prove.
What do you think is the case ?
If you’re truly that could confused, my explanation won’t help you.
They say their surname was a name given to them by their ancestors’ slave master so they really don’t have a last name.
I’m always reminded of the bigot on CARTER COUNTRY who said “There hasn’t been a white guy named Washington since George.”
You've certainly proved that.
“Wait, are you a cop?”
I was for 5 1/2 years back in the early 70’s (Sheriff’s Deputy actually), what possible difference would that make in my opinion. I said in an earlier post that most likely their encounters with law enforcement was self inflicted. Why would I say that, because that’s what I experienced.
Why did they encounter law enforcement to start out with? Could it possibly be because they violated the law? I’ve seen simple road side citations for speeding turn into a night in jail. You have a problem with a citation take it before the Judge, we’re not going to hold court on the side of the road. Your running 7 over the speed limit and get pulled over. In the process of getting the citation it’s discovered that your vehicle reeks of alcohol, pot or maybe an outstanding traffic warrant. You just ruined your whole day and may have greatly effected your future. Do you blame yourself no, it’s that damn officers fault for pulling you over. Alcohol and domestic disputes follow the same pattern, neighbor call in officers respond and somebody goes to jail. Again it’s the damn police’s fault! Now that is honest example’s I’ve witnessed close to 50 times in my short career as a Peace Officer. While Steve the lawn mower guy video’s may be a YouTube hoax there’s allot of real Steve’s out there and they hate the cop’s. They voice their opinion all over the net daily.
“Of course, the cops THINK he was grabbing a gun. What do you expect them to say?”
Watched the video several times and while I can’t see it for a fact while they’re on the ground I clearly see the officer jump up on the left with his hand on his holster trying to protect his weapon as if somebody was trying to get it. Was I there yes the video puts me there so as a witness my statement carries as much validity as anybody else’s. The video leads me to believe that there may in fact have been a struggle for that officers weapon.
That’s a lot of writing to inadequately explain your logical fallacy.
You definitely have a cop level IQ.
I’ve just always wonder how a guy can get a cop’s gun when there are a bunch of cops all around.
And what’s with the herd mentality the cops have when a gun goes off? It seems every cop within a hundred feet start firing their weapons as soon as they hear “POP!”. When one dog in the neighborhood barks, they all start barking.
Shoot a man one time and if he’s goes down he’ll end up with ten more rounds in him all from different directions. When the autopsy is performed the coroner sticks those little rods in the bullet wounds and the guy looks like a porcupine. I exaggerate, of course.

I once knew a man who ran the LA Mission and he said those people are there because they want to be there. He said “It’s a mindset.”
