On Friday, Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera said he “lament(s)” that the number of guns that are in America, including the guns that guns that people possess “legally.”
Rivera said these things during an appearance on Fox & Friends, after being asked to comment on a mom who had pulled a gun to stop a fight where one girl pinned another girl on the ground and was punching her in the head repeatedly.
The mother has been “charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.”
After watching the cell phone footage of the incident, Rivera responded: “First, I’ll talk about the guns. I think that there are far too many creepy, untrained people with deadly weapons in their possession legally, and I lament that. [But] that’s a gun control argument that I can never win.”(continued)

Actually, they keep a couple of fringe lunatic liberals like Geraldo, Alan Combs, and Juan Williams on staff to frequently remind viewers of what we are up against. The provide some comic relief with alot of their views too. They are no match for most Fox contributors.

Didn’t he fire a machine gun to open the vault? Well, at lest he approved this method. Call me a firearm safety nut, but this does not seem to be either an appropriate or safe use of an automatic weapon, though sadly this exact topic was not covered when I went to machine gun (0331) school.

One of the creepiest things I’ve seen in a long while was Rivera posing in front of a mirror practically naked.
And I believe he shared this spectacle a la ‘Carlos Danger’.

As for untrained, I agree with that. More people need to spend time at the range to maximize their chances of hitting center of mass.
