MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Milwaukee County officials say they don't plan another mass release of emails collected in the John Doe investigation into Gov. Scott Walker's aides and associates when he was county executive.

County attorney Paul Bargren says in a letter Wednesday to The Associated Press that more than 29 gigabytes of documents were released as ordered by a judge between August and December. The AP and other news organizations reviewed hundreds of thousands of documents during that time.....

The story goes on to say requesting media can review the records if they want to.

If you don't know about the "John Doe investigation" that has been ongoing in WI here is the place to find out.

Nov 5, 2014 [174-part investigative articles linked at end of story] Voters say ‘yes’ to Walker, ‘no’ to John Doe, law expert says - "MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Scott Walker’s big re-election win Tuesday wasn’t just a victory for conservative principles and for Walker’s national prospects in 2016. It was a “vindication for the rule of law,” according to one national legal expert.

William A. Jacobson, Cornell University Law School professor and publisher of Legal Insurrection, an online publication, said Walker’s 7-point defeat of Democratic challenger Mary Burke, was a voter repudiation of the never-ending partisan John Doe investigations into Walker’s campaign scores of the Republican governor’s conservative allies.

“For four years liberal Wisconsin prosecutors have waged an all-out taxpayer funded witch hunt to try and silence and ultimately destroy Walker and conservative groups who support his pro-growth, pro-reform policies,” Jacobson said in a statement released Tuesday evening.

“Led by Democratic Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm, prosecutors launched a politicized probe to try and build a case around Walker and his allies for campaign improprieties. Marked by pre-dawn, SWAT-style raids on homes, the probe has turned up nothing except frightened families and children.

“Tonight Wisconsin rejected this assault on free speech,” Jacobson said.".....

Feb 20, 2015 - Conservative groups ask U.S. Supreme Court to defend rights of John Doe targets " - MADISON, Wis. — The John Doe investigation into dozens of conservative groups and Gov. Scott Walker’s campaign is “sinister,” causing “irreparable harm,” even to those right-of-center organizations not targeted in the secret probe.

That’s the assessment of the Wisconsin-based John K. MacIver Institute for Public Policy in a motion filed Friday in U.S. Supreme Court.

MacIver is requesting to file an amicus, or friend of the court, brief in support of conservative targets of the politically charged probe who say they want to hold John Doe prosecutors officially and personally accountable for an abusive and overreaching investigation that violated their First Amendment rights.

Other limited government groups also filed amicus briefs Friday, including the Center for Competitive Politics, the Cato Institute, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty and the Cause of Action Institute.

“It is hard to imagine a more chilling impact than what the MacIver Institute experienced as a consequence of (the prosecutors) acts,” writes Madison-area attorney Jim Troupis, whose firm is representing MacIver.

The free market think tank wasn’t, to the best of its executive’s knowledge, targeted by Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm and his fellow prosecutors in the probe that has alleged possible illegal coordination between dozens of conservative groups and Walker’s campaign during Wisconsin’s partisan recall season of 2011-12.

But the fear, the omnipresent shadow of the Democrat-led investigation, curtailed MacIver’s speech and conservative advocacy, the request before the Supreme Court asserts. The extensive informational work MacIver did on Act 10, Walker’s signature reforms to the state’s public sector collective bargaining laws, in 2011 and 2012, disappeared in 2014 following reports of paramilitary-style raids on the homes and offices of conservative targets in October 2013."...............

Liberals-Socialists seldom win in the arena of ideas and more often then not quickly resort to name calling, lying and slinging dirt, that’s what thy are good at. If they would put just as much time and effort in to constructive ideas they may get some where and actually help and improve the life’s of their constituencies. But in order to do so they have to be a little brighter than most of them are.

".........Their cynicism flows from the very perception they have of right and wrong. They do it for higher ends. They do it for the progressive faith. They do it because they see themselves as having the power to redeem the world from evil. It is that terrifyingly exalted ambition that fuels their spiritual arrogance and justifies their sordid and, if necessary, criminal means.

And that is why they hate conservatives. They hate you because you are killers of their dream. Because you are defenders of a Constitution that thwarts their cause. They hate you because your "reactionary" commitment to individual rights, to a single standard and to a neutral and limited state obstructs their progressive designs. They hate you because you are believers in property and its rights as the cornerstones of prosperity and human freedom; because you do not see the market economy as a mere instrument for acquiring personal wealth and political war chests, to be overcome in the end by bureaucratic schemes.

Conservatives who think progressives are misinformed idealists will forever be blind-sided by the malice of the left—by the cynicism of those who pride themselves on principle, by the viciousness of those who champion sensitivity, by the intolerance of those who call themselves liberal, and by the ruthless disregard for the well-being of the downtrodden by those who preen themselves as social saints.

Conservatives are caught by surprise because they see progressives as merely misguided, when in fact they are fundamentally misdirected. They are the messianists of a religious faith. But it is a false faith and a self-serving religion. Since the redeemed future that justifies their existence and rationalizes their hypocrisy can never be realized, what really motivates progressives is a modern idolatry: their limitless passion for the continuance of Them." -- David Horowitz - June 2000

Alinsky's Rules for Radicals

The rules:

1. “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.

2. “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.

3. “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.

4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.

5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.

6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.

7. “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news.

8. “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.

9. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist.

10. “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.

11. “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.

12. “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions

"It is my intention to curb the size and influence of the Federal establishment and to demand recognition of the distinction between the powers granted to the Federal Government and those reserved to the States or to the people. All of us need to be reminded that the Federal Government did not create the States; the States created the Federal Government." - President Ronald Reagan, January 20, 1981

The “false charges” and “throw it against the wall” approach, which was heavily relied upon by the “Clinton Clowns” during their era, proved successful back then. With todays technology and multitude of ways to record and recall every fart or burp any politician makes is truly an asset when/if said politician is innocent of such charges. Fortunately, the records on Walker have proven he was/is indeed innocent. It was not Walker who did the deed, as I recall it was one of his aids who, has since been dealt with. Walker will have to deal with this crap until Nov. 2016 as those who fear him will do what ever, say what ever or suggest what ever they can to derail his road to the presidency. Mark my words (or record them for future referral)

And Walker was the one who fired the guy (on day one of realizing a problem) and asked the AG to look into it.

He talks about it in this last debate during the recall election. The entire debate is worth watching - it shows how Walker handles these creeps.

January 3, 2011 - Walker assumes Office of Governor of Wisconsin.

June 27, 2011: Walker Revokes In-state Tuition For Undocumented Students Attending Univ And Colleges In Wisconsin "- On Sunday, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (R) signed his two-year 2011-2013 budget, which included ending in-state tuition for undocumented students attending public universities and colleges. In-state tuition for undocumented students was approved two years ago by former Governor Jim Doyle (D) after the Hispanic community struggled for 10 years to pass it."...

March 2015:“We strongly dispute this account. Governor Walker has been very clear that he does not support amnesty and believes that border security must be established and the rule of law must be followed. His position has not changed, he does not support citizenship for illegal immigrants, and this story line is false,” she announced in an email to journalists Thursday afternoon.”

“I made it clear that for me, if somebody wants to be a citizen, they need to go back to their country of origin, get in line, no preferential treatment,” Walker said. “In terms of what to do beyond that, again, that’s something we got to work with Congress on.”

Wisconsin’s Shame: ‘Every Aspect of My Life Is in Their Hands — and They Hate Me’ "‘They came with a battering ram.”

Cindy Archer, one of the lead architects of Wisconsin’s Act 10 — also called the “Wisconsin Budget Repair Bill,” it limited public-employee benefits and altered collective-bargaining rules for public-employee unions — was jolted awake by yelling, loud pounding at the door, and her dogs’ frantic barking. The entire house — the windows and walls — was shaking.

She looked outside to see up to a dozen police officers, yelling to open the door. They were carrying a battering ram.

She wasn’t dressed, but she started to run toward the door, her body in full view of the police. Some yelled at her to grab some clothes, others yelled for her to open the door.

“I was so afraid,” she says. “I did not know what to do.” She grabbed some clothes, opened the door, and dressed right in front of the police. The dogs were still frantic.

“I begged and begged, ‘Please don’t shoot my dogs, please don’t shoot my dogs, just don’t shoot my dogs.’ I couldn’t get them to stop barking, and I couldn’t get them outside quick enough. I saw a gun and barking dogs. I was scared and knew this was a bad mix.”

She got the dogs safely out of the house, just as multiple armed agents rushed inside. Some even barged into the bathroom, where her partner was in the shower. The officer or agent in charge demanded that Cindy sit on the couch, but she wanted to get up and get a cup of coffee.

“I told him this was my house and I could do what I wanted.” Wrong thing to say. “This made the agent in charge furious. He towered over me with his finger in my face and yelled like a drill sergeant that I either do it his way or he would handcuff me.”

They wouldn’t let her speak to a lawyer. She looked outside and saw a person who appeared to be a reporter. Someone had tipped him off."............
