Revoke hate crime laws. If I am accused of murder, the alleged MURDER ought to be prosecuted....NOT the motivation. Taking an innocent human life on purpose is a crime regardless of the motivation.

On his own as just another white guy he would be a public defender in South Succotash, Louisiana.
And the local prosecutor would probably mop him up every time.
