Obama don' need no stinkin' CONSTITUTION THINGY, anymore.
He's daring Congress to do anything about it, knowing that his allies in the Mainstream Media will crush anyone that dares to try and step forward.
And it's clear that the average American isn't interested in protecting our freedoms, anymore. They don't want to be seen as 'not cool!', after all, and totalitarianism is all the rage now.

The GOP has let the Democrats push them around for so long, that Obama doesn't even need to hide his contempt for them.
Until they put a check on him, it will only get worse. And the biggest way to do that is money. As long as Congress keeps getting shamed into passing these fully funded budgets, they really have no one else to blame.
