The Republican resistance in Congress surrendered to President Obamas call to protect an open Internet, with rules likely to be approved by regulators on Thursday.

There is no article linked. Did you happen to notice?
I guess your answer to my previous question is “no”?
I do not see anyone in DC offering a public referendum on net neutrality.
That’s nice. With so many liberal Republicans to vote for, would it be distinguishable from voting for a Democrat?
Big mistake ...
In the meantime, I suggest we send all the republicans little pink panties in the mail.
One size fits ALL.
Tinkerbell might strike him with her magic wand. More likely, I suppose, she would hand him another bourbon and branch..
This article that is the subject here IS from the Ny times.
The Dems and Pubbies have been on the same team for 100+ years, but regardless of that naive and uninformed people will insist otherwise.
Not in the OP.
Anyway, any alternate article telling a different story?
The NY times wrote this article so that we think the battle over net neutrality is over and so that we do not call Congress to urge them to take action to stop the FCC or net neutrality.
what a bunch of garbage. Government takeover OF THE INTERNET. This is a guarantee that leftists WILL ban free speech by conservatives. It’s coming folks...
And what a bunch of garbage spin “protect an open internet”? It’s bizzarro language...the government is making the internet NOT open.
And you ‘know’ such to be the case how exactly?
Dude..You have a seriously cynical view of American Politics.....which is probably closer to the truth than we want to accept as reality.....
Gee thanks guys .. seems like everybody is ready to do exactly what the democrats want you to do .. GIVE UP.
SORRY .. WHILE I’VE STILL GOT BREATH .. I’M GOING TO BE ON THE PHONE GIVING THE GOPe HELL.
But the important thing is that we say Obama doesn’t love America and doesn’t believe in “American Exceptionalism” and doesn’t care about ebola ...
Hey, isn’t it time to introduce a new flag burning law?
The GOP plays the best fiddle since Nero.
While that may be so, the point still remains that the Republicans in the aggregate are gutless pussies. They have majorities in both houses. We still have O-Care, this, and an impending ban on M855 ammo rolling on, we’ll probably also see them approve Holders replacement.
It’s like they’re making a concerted effort to catch up to democrats in sucking at the helm of government.

RINOS
What are they good for?
Absolutely nothing.
