Facing four challengers in the Chicago mayoral elections, Rahm Emanuel may come up short of the 50% needed to avoid a runoff. Even with President Obama in town to campaign for him, a runoff against Jesus Chuy Garcia looks likely.

My contention is when the spanish speaking population reaches a certain point that the La Raza Party will displace the Democrats.
