Wife now saying not his fault. Truck stalled on tracks because the company he works for gave him a crappy truck to drive.

No doubt the lawyers are circling like vulture. se habla espanol?

Oh you can bet they will somehow blame the truck calling it faulty..yeah it was so faulty that it just so happened it stopped functioning right on the train tracks, not before, but right there on the spot..how convenient..and instead of staying at the scene, he walked away, not just walked away, but was found more than a mile away from the scene
