If you listen to that whole clip, Cruz is saying that any Senator is complicit in the lawlessness, who in any way makes possible the confirmation of a woman who says outright that she will ignore the Constitution and federal law.
Maybe we need to be pushing our Senators to call for the impeachment of any Senator who thus violates their oath of office, to defend the US Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.
Maybe we need to say OF OUR SENATORS what Rudy has had the guts to say about Obama. To be an accomplice to the utter lawlessness of this regime is to be the very domestic enemy of the Constitution, that the oath requires them to protect this country/Constitution FROM.
