"Stalin...conservative"

Actually, many of them do. Or at least "right-wing"... I kid you not. Political repression is an organic output of any liberal/leftist gov. Unless countered by conservative forces, all leftist govs eventually turn totalitarian.

Stalin was not a conservative, right-winger. He was a garden-variety leftist who liked killing and repression just a little more than the average leftist.

Fascinating how Jeb’s dad is Hillary’s husband’s best friend/father figure?!

Bush had to stop discriminating based on race per court rulings which outlawed “affirmative action” aka, systematic preferences based on skin color.

Wow missed this. Do you have any additional information?

Bush people in TX gave Jebbie’s boy George P. over 70 percent of the vote on March 4 and Nov. 4, 2014. They are pre-committed to “a” Bush.

No. Jeb is only “conservative” in comparison to a Socialist like Hillary.

At the time, a lot of lower courts were awarding damages to whites for discrimination. A lot of States were writing laws and putting out voter initiatives to stop discrimination against whites. They were passed in California and other states. White men were pissed.

Bush saw the writing on the wall - a voter initiative coming up in Florida - and he just got legislation passed baring reverse discrimination.

He may well be more conservative than I think, but he is not conservative enough for me.

Plus, I don’t like dynasties. No more Bushes.

I’d like a Constitutional Amendment preventing people from having a career in politics. It should be a temporary service to the country by someone with actual skills who then goes home and employs those skills outside of the political sphere.

Well, if no less a staunchly conservative source such as Salon says so, count me in! And there I went, thinking Jeb was a mealy-mouthed, fence-straddling, ring-kissing, velvet-pantsed elitist creep who'd pretend to be Andy Jackson if he thought it would get him a prime parking place at the country club. I'll give him a big apologetic smooch next time he wanders out into Flyover Country, you betcha.

I’d rather resurrect James G. Blaine than go with Jebbie.
