Rudy Giuliani is in the stocks for saying that he does not believe that President Barack Obama “loves America.” He said this at a small, private dinner for Scott Walker, who probably will not be inviting Giuliani to very many events in the near future. Giuliani went on to say that he wasn’t questioning the president’s patriotism — angels and ministers of grace defend us! — only noting that the president’s rhetoric is decidedly low-cal on the American exceptionalism but full-fat when it comes to criticism. It may be the case that the president is a practitioner of the Smokey Robinson school of patriotism: “I don’t like you, but I love you.” Something’s really got a hold on this guy, and it is not an excessive fervor for the American order.

Where is there any evidence that obama and the democrat party likes America?
I didn’t get that impression of Megyn Kelly’s interview with him.
I realize her words made it appear that she was “hitting him on the issue”, but, in all honesty, if Megyn Kelly wants to hit someone hard, her interview with Rudy sure wasn’t that.
I decided that she was setting him up so he could double down. He was strong and articulate and I think that was the plan. I actually think they may have gone over what she was going to do ahead of time.
These people are playing right into Obama’s hand.

Why do conservatives want to insult Obama, but they don’t care if he beats them over and over again. Just as long as they can insult him. Do any conservatives actually want to win?
Rudy was simply stating the obvious, and he has gained some conservative street cred for doing it. Obama’s disdain for everything American, Christian, traditional and Constitutional is getting boring, as is his ideological romance with Islam. Conservative candidates would do well to follow Rudy’s example.

A large percentage of Americans believe that Obama is a Muslim but aren’t aware that he attended two schools in Indonesia during his formative years, age seven to ten. While our school children were reciting the Pledge of Allegiance every morning, BARRY SOETORO was in Indonesia responding to the Islamic call to prayer. Patriotism was not instilled in his heart as a child, like our children, but instead he was instructed on devotion only to Allah. This could explain why Barack Obama doesn’t seem to have any loyalty to this country or our Constitution. The school registration in an article at Glenn Beck’s The Blaze reveals that his name is Barry Soetoro, he is an Indonesian citizen and his faith is Islam.

A President who uses his bully pulpit to mock and taunt Americans, who incites his followers to be confrontational, creates an atmosphere of incivility and violence.

Not in November. The conservative base would prefers the Republicans fight rather than get beat. If they would only fight.

Obama’s actions tell me he hates America, capitalism, & white people.

I wouldn’t be too hard on Megan. Her tough questioning served a purpose. Rudy stuck to his guns, and people will respect him more for it.

Catmom and others who feel the same about Megyn...I believe did not watch close enough...Ms. Kelly threw hard questions at the Mayor who was just as feisty threw the answers back at her...the glint in her eyes and the twitch of a smile was all that was needed to know how she knew Rudy would respond and how her audience would love it...the Mayor didn't fail us nor did she. It was meant to be a win win for her viewers.Thank heavens for Giuliani's forthrightness and courage and Thank heavens for Megyn's tenacity
