I got home to a funny situation...Mom wanted to bake a salmon steak, but she was waiting for me to turn on the oven and get to the right temp. It’s not as easy as turning a knob...there are buttons to push, and then “Start”. She laughed and said she didn’t remember how.
It would have been difficult even if she remembered. She would be sitting on her walker and using her magnifying glass to get things right. So, her salmon is cooking now.
I used to love salmon. The last time I ate salmon I could not sleep for dreaming all night. I suppose that my metabolism changed and forgot to tell me. ;-)
