Look at it like the TX power interchange. Most of TX is self-contained, it buys and sells elec when necessary, but doesn’t rely on other states, especially like the FED. Now envision the State’s money moving around like the electricity does, it can be shut off, too. We know who gets checks from the Feds, where, and how much. We stop remitting funds and pay those recipients out of our bank account, saving the 20% the Fed skims.
In return we get to field our own military, enforce our own border, deliver our own mail and not have to pick up another phone call from DC again. Wouldn’t you like to part of that?
Let me know when they have a governor, sec of state, state house majority leader, state senate majority leader etc advocating leaving the union.
Or even a viable candidate for one of those offices.
