A top Jeb Bush ally said that Jeb Bush will not back down on his support for comprehensive amnesty legislation and is willing to win or lose the GOP nomination based on the issue.
On Thursday, Clint Bolick, who co-wrote Immigration Wars with the former Florida governor, said Bush is either going to win or lose with a mandate on immigration.
Hes not going to shift his position on this,Bolick told MSNBCs Jose Diaz Balart. He believes in this with his absolute heart and soul.

FUJB!!
Put a fork in him - he’s done.
But, what’s aggravating is the fact that he will probably be the GOP nominee because he is getting all the Wall-Street money and Big Bucks from the Big Donors. It’s hard to beat a guy for the nomination when he has a gazillion dollars in his coffers.
I am quite willing to do everything to make sure he ends up with the "lose" side of that equation. If he gets the nomination I will either stay home or cast a write in vote for Ted Cruz.
Well, unlike some, at least it is clear where he stands.
Put a fork in him - hes done.

Ya think? I hope you’re right, but I’m worried. See Post #4.
The whole problem is the conservative base will once again be fractured between in this case at least a half dozen candidates. All Dauphin Bush needs are plurality wins in the early states with perhaps under 25% of the vote then the coup de grace in Florida. He is going to coast to victory with the primary schedule now so compressed.
Well he’s been shooting himself in the foot ever since he announced.
I don’t think money is so important in GOP primaries. GOP primary voters aren’t as influenced by advertising as LIVs. My concern is the states that have open primaries. Jebus will get lots of LIV/RAT votes in those states.
At least Jeb is honest. There is no situation in which I will vote for him, or for Christie/Rubio/Romney.
There is NO DIFFERENCE between RATS and the GOP! Not a dimes worth.....I know, Duhhhhhh!
Jeb Bush is running against conservatism and he will have the whole GOPE behind him.
If Ted Cruz wins the nomination, I fully expect much of the GOPE to back Hillary
The name BUSH is poison to at least half of the country.
He is done!
And, Jeb believes in border security with what, all
his cervix and fallopian tubes?
Then he would be the next biggest loser
Money sets the narrative. He will blitz the airwaves on the one position he has been solid on... abortion... and smear his competitors. Then the debate moderators will hold the other candidates’ feet to the fire on the relatively minor things they are smeared on in the Bush ads. Not to mention the clown car of endorsements he is going to buy.
Anyway what do we expect?
