Sine they control education, popular culture, and the media, they can redefine anything to mean whatever they say it means. Think about it.

I see no point in defending an institution which fails 41-50% of the time on the first go around and 60-67% the second go around.
Factor in divorce court costs, costs to the system in place, emotional damage, financial damage, and what you’ve got is a social and legal albatross.
If my fellow conservatives want to get up in arms to defend a ruined castle with no walls, go right ahead, but I consider it a waste of time.
Not only that, but it’s none of my business unless freedom of religion is infringed upon.
If homosexuals want to be civilly unioned, then so be it - and may God help them because I guarantee the divorce statistics will be the same for them once it becomes commonplace - probably higher. I will defend any church’s right to refuse to marry a same sex couple, but I will also defend the legal right of any church that wishes to do so, however unchristian it may be.
Defending the American family? Look, that institution has been holding on by a very thin thread for a number of different reasons for decades now - well before this homo broohahah started - mainly because of failed marriages and unwed, single mothers.
Let people do what they’re going to do and let God judge them. It’s not our place to do so.

Note also that Romans 1:32 points out that those who approve of such conduct are just as guilty as those who engage in it.

Our churches need to be getting prepared. Right now, they need to be delivering sermons on a regular basis regarding the sin and perversion of homosexuality. They need to be in the habit of doing this. And the congregations need to get used to hearing it. If, and when, the government decides it is a hate crime to speak out against homosexuality, then our churches will have been prepared and used to speaking out.
The churches in Canada need to be speak out on homosexuality on a regular basis. Make the government throw all of them in jail.
What we need are more state officials and entire states standing up to all activist judicial rulings. They know that the US Constitution doesn’t mandate the licensure of same sex marriage no more than it mandates the protection of abortion services no more than it authorizes the seizure and sale of privately owned land for tax revenue purposes. What we have is a lawless arbitrary court system. Even those who agree with same sex marriage should be opposed to what is going on in regard to the total warping of the constitution to service political expediency. Some day the winds will turn against them and they will lose these contrived rights and more.

Sadly, it’s a little late for this. The “people” in general, led by the Leftist media and educational establishment propaganda, have already surrendered on this. The main task now is for Christians to keep teaching the truths of sexual morality without apology or compromise, no matter what the powers of this world say.
