Texas Gov. Greg Abbott: ‘Federal Judge Just Granted My Request to Halt Obama’s Executive Amnesty

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced on Monday night that a federal judge has “granted” his request to “halt” President Barack Obama’s “Executive Amnesty Order” across the country.

Abbott didn’t immediately offer any other details, but promised for information later.

Actually, the National Guard would be federalized by Obamaweasel and ordered to stand down.

Governor Abbott should call up the Texas State Guard instead. The State Guard cannot be federalized and the Governor is the Commander in Chief.

Few realize that the Obama administration has conducted warfare against Americas judicial system.

Good news, but the fact is that Obama and Holder view compliance with federal court orders as optional.

There is no enforcement option available to the court or to the State.

What is great about this decision it HALTS implementation so that all of the largess of government will NOT be put in place and all the wheels rolling when it is deemed unconstitutional.

Looks like judge Andrew Hanen stated in 2013 his opinion of the sheer "lawlessness of the Obama administration" so he sees it for just what it is.......very glad he's standing tall where it's needed with this amnesty ordeal now!! Great news!!!
