GWB got it wrong, I thought. He didn’t blame Saudi Arabia. He didn’t make US borders more secure from invasion. The initiative should’ve been to keep maniacs out of the US and to support stable governments that renounced terrorism.
I would give GWB maybe a C or C+ for his efforts after 911.
