We all know our president is a fan of taking pictures of himself. Now we have even more proof. In a new video produced by BuzzFeed entitled, “Things Everybody Does But Doesn’t Talk About, Featuring President Obama,” Obama poked a little fun at himself by showing America his best selfie and mirror poses. The clip is below.

How did BuzzFeed get the leader of the free world to agree to do such a silly video? Easy – they allowed him to promote the Affordable Care Act. While staring at himself in the mirror practicing a speech, Obama not-so-subtly proclaimed, “The deadline for signing up for health insurance in February 15. In many cases you can get health insurance for less than $100 a month, just go to healthcare.gov to figure out how to sign up.”
I guess we knew there had to be some catch.
It’s not the first time Obama has taken part in entertainment with the caveat of promoting his unpopular health care legislation. Last year, he was interviewed by Zach Galifianakis on “Between Two Ferns,” where he answered ridiculous questions and insisted the host’s problems could be solved by getting Obamacare. He’s also appeared on numerous late night talk shows at a rate much more frequent than previous presidents. Because of his seeming love for all things Hollywood, some critics have referred to him as ‘The Entertainment President.’
I must admit the BuzzFeed video is pretty funny. It’s nice to see politicians (even our president) not take themselves too seriously. But is it right for Obama, our Commander-in-Chief, to participate in such a silly video, especially as the world suffers at the hands of brutal terrorists?
What do you think? Is President Obama’s comedic turn all in good fun – or does he need to start acting like he belongs in the White House?
My guess is the media is so far up his backside they cannot disassociate themselves from their creation.
The media has no self respect. After creating this monster and supporting his election, twice, they take no affront in how he completely peees on them by paying them no mind and only dealing with them when he needs them to get his message out, to cover up some scandal or as a prop. Note now how he goes to off beat out of the main stream media constantly. He bypasses the press corps and he is producing his own news and even limits photos to those from his white house news office. UNBELIEVABLE.
It is unbelievable they the media remind me of battered woman syndrome .
He treats them with such contempt like he does for the country, he is caught in lie after lie and still they defend him or fail to report on his actions, lies and , radicalism.
I’m not one then as I have never taken a selfie and nor would I feel the need to take photo’s of myself

IIRC, there are two in this picture book, one of me covered in charcoal dust and the other showing how thigh packs work together with a chest holster and camelback waterbag.
The photo on the site for my first book was shot by my daughter, but it's typical of author-on-the-flyleaf photos. I did a Google search that apparently eludes your capabilities and found three images, and two were the same. So you won't find much there to throw mud at.
On my FR page you can get my name and search the web yourself but I'd suspect you'll find the same.

I'm trying to establish the expertise with which to couple with the standing my business method patent gives me so that I can establish the precedent with which to undermine the regulatory colossus. One man band here. I'm really busy and it's long hours. A sarc smiley would have helped. ;-)
