Nope. I know it was popular with some FReepers, but I never got around to seeing it.

I would recommend it.

I don’t think one needs to be a “Breaking Bad” fan to get into this show though.

I saw a few previews of Breaking Bad, and/or while flipping the channels. It always seemed to dark for me, so I never watched it.

From the commercials, this Saul show seemed lighter. I’ve watched the first two episodes and found them VERY enjoyable. After the first show I found a quick review on-line that explains things a bit. (The beginning of the show is in black and white, and shows “Saul” being a recluse after the conclusion of the breaking bad show - he’s on the run or hiding from the law, drug cartels, etc. or something.

Then the color is the flashback to how the guy (Jimmy, a down on his luck lawyer/scammer/ambulance chaser) progresses to become Saul. (I’m guessing he is “Saul”, seeing as he is the main guy).

Quirky, very funny, some non-graphic violence in episode 2 - although I saw a photo up-thread and that may change. I hope that it doesn’t get too dark and violent. No over the top swearing or sex. Yet.
