Seems like the 13th Amendment specifically addresses this situation, specifically:

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Of course, given all the numbskulls in the judiciary these days, it is an open question whether the Constitution applies at all to Libtards and their socialist agenda.

so using their logic they can override any state laws they seem fit because of the supremacy clause which was placed there.

People argued back in the day about putting this in but because emotions were high after the war or 1861- 1865 then it passed and now we have a farce or Presidents like bozo placing federal judges on the benches and have them stay there forever.

BUT,, if Federal law and State law disagree, Feds automatically win.
This is how they're knocking down Voted State constitutions on Freak marriage.

They can fight back but are not. The Constitution has become a suicide pact
through pure ignorance.
