FDR at Yalta, sitting between Secretary Stettinius and Soviet agent Alger Hiss. FDR was very ill, Stettinius was completely unqualified to be Secretary of State, Hiss was in charge. Hiss would be given a medal by the Soviets in Moscow after the conference.
