Clint Eastwood’s biopic American Sniper about Chris Kyle, the deadliest sniper in U.S. military history has not only been a smash success at the box office, but has become something of a cultural phenomenon across the country, sparking all kinds of debates and conversations on social media.
The movie seems to have cemented Chris Kyle’s place in the hearts of conservatives, making him a hero to many who love our country, our freedom, and the men and women in uniform who sacrifice so much to defend both.
Just several weeks before he died, Kyle gave a video interview which includes a rather timely warning about Obama and his hatred for the Second Amendment.

“I don’t know exactly what he’s doing,” Kyle said then, referring to Obama’s efforts to enact gun control according to guns.com, “but I know he’s definitely against the Second Amendment, and he’s trying to ban everything.”
“Good luck,” he said. “Because I’ve talked to a bunch of the cops and the Secret Service guys. They’re not going to dare go to anyone’s house [to confiscate weapons], especially if they know they have guns. They don’t want to be knocking on doors.”
“You start putting these bans in effect — you know, these people who don’t know anything about the guns — and they start thinking, ‘Well, who needs 30-round magazines?’” he said. “Really? That’s just opening the door so you can start taking more of our rights.”
“It was there, it was started by our Founding Fathers, and they had the same weapons the military did,” he argued. “We don’t even have that today. But don’t try to take what I’ve already got.

The murderer of Chris Kyle, ( I will not use his name) never had ptsd. He was in the rear with the gear and never saw combat.
Something real fishy when I first heard this story.
Also they scrubbed his facebook. he was a muslim sympathizer or he converted to Islam. His father claimed his letters home showed sympathy to the prisoners.
That’s why they are attacking Kyle. Keep the real threat downplayed once again.
If terrorist also threaten to kill family members of military also then All of us should be immediately allowed to carry to defend ourselves. This is war is it not? No matter what the white house believe.

The killer told lie after lie about his service time to his family and anyone who would listen. None of it was true and is verified by his military record. It was all about ooooh, look at me! and ooooh, pity me! No, he played the PSTD card and now his attorney is wavy it around to save the monster from the needle and somehow blame the military as well as Kyle and Littlefield. I suspect he saw the chance to take out a famous sniper and took it just so he tell more tales and glorify himself.
