If you check the history of Isis you have to come to the conclusion that zeros handlers wanted them to do exactly what they are doing. Rumors of who is behind Isis are endless. Was it CIA, the regime,Saudis,ruskies? Who knows! All we know is they started with 1,500 fighters a year ago and now they have 30,000 or more. Could they have been stopped early on? No question. So who wants them out there and why are the relevant questions.
