The reason why that doesn’t sound good ... and that it’s from Netanyahu’s side ... is that the opposition in Israel, who hope to win the election there, have as a major complaint that Netanyahu is playing “partisan politics” with the USA and therefore alienating a lot of support from certain groups, in the USA.
The fact that Netanyahu’s side is saying that, indicates how that is “playing” over in Israel with the opposition who wishes to defeat Netanyahu.
I have watched the video and an unedited version. Portions of the video were also excerpted on Hannity’s Fox TV program with Horowitz being interviewed. The reference to Hitler Youth was not included on TV. Nor was it mentioned by anyone, including Horowitz.
I believe that the Muslim girl was mocking Horowitz at the time and that there really isn’t any Hitler Youth Week at the UCD campus. This type of mocking; i.e., claiming your opponent is painting an incorrect portrait of you, is typical of the left.

If they truly had a problem with Boehner’s invitation, they could take it up on the floor of the House. This is not about Boehner, it is about Netanyahu and Israel.
