I’m out in rural America. My stove makes a difference. I cut the wood, my own wood, I split it, I stack it. My time is money, but it’s my time to use as I choose. That stove provides better heat and cheaper heat.

Yea.. my grandmother had a wood stove with a waterback all her life in her little house.. it provided all the heating.. she do all the cooking on it and of course the water back for the hot water... if i recall it took a about two cords of wood a year...
