Teri Roberts' grieving family had already come to terms with her likely death, planning to turn off her ventilator, when they say a "miracle" happened. The 56-year-old wife, mother and grandmother, had been in a spiraling coma for 12 days when just four hours before her family planned to pull the plug, she opened her eyes. "She just magically woke up. Literally four hours before we moved to take her off life support," her overjoyed son, Ryan Roberts, recalled that Dec. 22 awakening at a press conference Thursday.
I prefer their (divine) "miracle" reference over the "magic" one.
Smart old gal. Waking up In time Never underestimate the wisdom that comes with age
Hopefully, this is what she did want and still does want.
Some people face their mortality in advance, and leave clear notorized statements of what should be done if certain events
occur.
Kind of awkward.
Welcome back, honey. We were just joking about killing you off.
Under 0bama’s regime, she would have been gone days before.
(This is not a miracle.)

I have heard that hearing is the last sense to go, and people in comas can hear everything. This poor woman probably heard them talking and mustered all her strength to “wake up” and save herself. Thank God!
Would have been cheaper to just die. - BO
