That’s my point. If muslims get a bomb or two, they aren’t going to waste it on some high altitude EMP attack. They’ll use it to incinerate a city. The altitude of an airburst is measured in hundreds of feet. The altitude of an EMP attack needs to be miles high (almost in orbit for maximum coverage since EMP is line of sight only). An EMP attack will cause virtually no damage, except for the EMP effect.
