Enriching criminals is self-evidently bad policy - I don't know what taking anyone to court has to do with that.

So I’m a bit confused as to whether people watch Fox at all? If Gutfeld is liberal then this former Marine is a bowl totin hippie. Gutfeld espouses many conservative views and is entertaining doing so.

As you can tell, post #22 shows I’d intended also to write about Williams.
Now about Gutfeld being entertaining. Everybody has their own cup of tea, but I can’t switch fast channels fast enough when I happen to wake up and find “Red Eye” as my only Fox option. And I gave it a chance. I really dislike it. It’s dumb and not funny.
If Fox is looking for a conservative Stewart, Gutfeld is not him.
Gutfeld on ‘the five’ is a bit better. He tries to be meaningful. Reading his notes, though, reminds me of Alan Colmes. And I had the same issue with Colmes. He gives the impression that even he’s not sure if he’s real.

You take them to court for creating a danger zone in your country the same as the drug war takes them to war.
Isn’t that the rationale behind the drug war, that drugs degrade and endanger the community?

Does the individual have a legitimate complaint if it [the war on drugs] enriches criminals but an individual cannot take that to court because hell be told he has no standing since that particular individual has experience no provable harm?Enriching criminals is self-evidently bad policy - I don't know what taking anyone to court has to do with that.
You take them to court for creating a danger zone in your country the same as the drug war takes them to war.
I take who to court, and why? Shouldn't bad policy be defeated in the forum of public debate and then in the voting booth, rather than in court?
Isnt that the rationale behind the drug war, that drugs degrade and endanger the community?
That's one professed rationale out of many.
