To answer you original question, I made no claim to know his innocence or guilt. However, he is a troubled man, of that I can be sure. I cannot be sure if he is the source of his trouble, but I am beginning to suspect that he is. I certainly can understand how he got there, but it is my opinion that he is not serving himself very well since his original case, a case he didn't deserve (again my opinion). I feel deeply saddened by his trials and tribulations, but like I said it is my opinion that he is the cause of his most recent problems.
Not sure what really prompted this question from you though, as what we were debating was whether the girl lied about the assault in question.
