No he doesn't all he said is Walker showed the GOP how to win by running an unapologetic Conservative campaign and winning against tough odds. Unabashed Conservatism is what Rush was touting and because Walker is the only one doing that he became the example.

Walker has supported amnesty (aka path to citizenship) and CommonCore. Neither of which do I consider “unabashed” conservatism.

Walker has been great going up against the unions, I will give him that...something the GOP could definitely take a lesson from Walker on.
