True enough. I was not one of them but ...
How much better can you make an iPad or an iPhone than the current versions? I'm wondering. At some point you have a very good device that you will have no plans to replace. Ever. Like my very fast, very slick 5 year old PC.
Steve Jobs is gone. I miss him. Tim Cook is not Steve Jobs. Not even close.
A $500 watch that needs to be recharged every night and requires that you are carrying an iPhone in your purse or pocket. I wouldn't wear it if you gave it to me.
So where does Apple go from here? I don't know.
What I do know is that the wifey has a brand new iPhone 6+, I have a brand new iPhone 6 and a brand new iPad and we love them. So I hope Apple can keep it up. I just don't see how.
Apple has hired Lisa Jackson of EPA fame to indoctrinate their employees and help lobby the EPA.
“Steve Jobs is gone. I miss him. Tim Cook is not Steve Jobs. Not even close”
Jobs delivered what he said he would. Cook is a politically correct coward who is more concerned about his own worthless left wing hide. Cook has no spark, no vision to keep the Apple innovation going.
I’ll be buying put options on Apple as the company goes down the crapper. Apple had a great run with Jobs.
People were saying the same thing about Ford Motor Company in the 1920s. Where could they go after the Model T? Morons. Companies reinvent themselves to stay competitive and profitable. IBM was a nondescript company that branched out into many different products. You could say the same for many old companies; they enlarged their product lines and stayed innovative. Large companies that started out with one product, in time were producing everything from food products and refrigerators to sea-going ships. That's one reason Apple Computer dropped the "Computer" from their name, they're planning ahead for the future.
I can assure you that you are not their target market. You do not figure in to their marketing plan period. Oh and they will not be giving you anything, or anyone else for that matter.
I thought the same thing when I bought my first Texas Instrument hand calculator.
Then I said the same thing when I purchased my state of the art MotoRazr flip phone.
