At a time when many potential 2016 presidential contenders appear to be starting the ignition of their campaigns, Hillary Clinton has pressed the brake pedal.
Or so it seems.
Clinton’s calendar, which was jam-packed throughout most of last year with paid speeches, award ceremonies, fundraisers, book tour stops, campaign appearances and official Clinton Foundation business, is now virtually empty.
Over the past six weeks, the likely Democratic presidential candidate has made just two public appearances -- both on the same day, and both in Canada. She doesn’t have another event scheduled until late next month.
Although Clinton still insists she hasn’t decided whether she’ll run, it is widely believed that she will, and an announcement is expected this spring.
Until then, Clinton appears to be lying low and staying out of the public eye. Meanwhile, much of the focus has turned toward potential Republican candidates like Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush and Rand Paul. A dozen others tested out their possible stump speeches at a summit in Iowa last weekend.
A Clinton spokesman declined to comment on reasons for her light public schedule. But, according to Democratic strategists and Clinton insiders, this is exactly how it should be.
Here’s why:
Playing It Safe
After a rocky book rollout last summer and a few flubs on the midterm campaign trail, some see Clinton as politically rusty. Keeping out of the spotlight now lowers the chances of making mistakes that could come back to haunt her later.
“Why take the risk?” said one prominent Democrat with ties to Clinton, who requested anonymity in order to speak candidly about Clinton’s vulnerabilities. “The more you’re out there -- I don’t care how prepared you are or how experienced you are -- she’s going to slip up.”

Perhaps she can’t win the nomination but if she does she will be the next president as will any Democrat that gets nominated, unless Bush and Romney and Christie all get struck by lightning and the Gopes realize thereby the fear of God and permit a Cruz or Palin to be nominated without destroying them ahead of the election.
Plastic surgery takes time to heal...
I want to see the miracle worker surgeon who can make that two hundred pound prolapsed rectum look good.
She can’t bathe in the blood of virgins in DC. There aren’t any.
You know, if you have to keep your candidate out of sight, under wraps from the public, then you know you have a problem. That will also become OUR problem.
So she can get the massive amount of plastic surgery she needs in order to not look like an old, washed up retread.
How do we know that his assassins and her assassins are not eliminating each other in an Arabian Standoff even as we speak?

and of course her “falling down episodes”
I think she is having mini strokes- causing eye failure
and that will lead to MENTAL failure- (usually short term
memory failure)- what is scary — this is very noticable
but if you Read from only prepared text ..can be hidden-
in a debate....dead meat (then you would need an ear
piece- with someone coaching her)
Plastic surgery, personal trainer workouts, etc.
We will notice any work that has been done, of course. It is the young voter who isn’t paying attention now that will be fooled. Healing from cosmetic surgery can take a while.

Face lift, butt lift, boob lift, tummy tuck, hair transplant, neck tightening and who knows what else. A complete overhaul probably.
Maybe she is having a face lift. Or maybe some dental work. She seems a bit long in the tooth lately.
I do wonder if she is on a diet and gathering a better wardrobe. This may seem trite, but she does need to do this if she wants to be taken seriously.
Hillary as the Democrat candidate ought to be easy to beat if we get a conservative and an attractive candidate to oppose her. The young people have no reason to support her at all. They are too young to have been among the Bill worshipers.
“Why take the risk?”
The risks will be waiting for her. After the “smart power” speech, she is like a python that has just swallowed a large pig. It’s going to take a while for her to get moving again.
