I believe that the biggest profit-maker in Greece is the island tours. They are great and the only places I know that have the gated all-inclusive hotels are on the outer islands. Not only are those island economies small, the hotels are the only real income, such as Kos. If this nimrod tries to mess with that, I believe the outer island resorts will seek to exist.

On those small islands, don’t the tourists experience the local culture on their own? That wouldn’t be the “all-inclusive” situation where most tourists don’t leave hotel grounds.
