Heh. I have no respect for conservatives who feel the need to flat out lie about a candidate they dislike. It's like the "Chris Christie is pro-abortion" crowd who would repeat it over and over again, no matter how solid he ended up being on that issue while in office. And if their guy Mark Levin was telling his listeners the "pro-abortion" stuff, then he was flat out lying, too.
I thought Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry were terrible choices for President, but I didn't make up stuff like "Newt's a gun grabber" and "Perry's pro-Palestinian" on the internet to convince people not to vote for them.
I think in this case Levin and Rush realize they better have a real candidate to go up against Romney and Bush or its 2012 all over again, so they are praising Walker.
I recall clearly about this time 2011 Sarah Palin was going to announce ‘any day now’ in spite of her job as political commentator on FNC(same job she has now), and take out Romney as leading candidate.
If you suggested any other candidate here you would get hell by many.
Assumed facts early 2011:
1) Palin was indeed a candidate in spite of her FNC job and her official status (as not a candidate)
2) She would easily take out Romney, she was the only one that could, it was a two man race.
3) She would easily take out Obama, she was the only one that could, it was a two man race (I heard this before)
And forget about her quitting governor, she had a good reason: Dems turned up the heat in Alaska and were too mean to her, quitting made sense, but running against Obama and Romney, that was cake, they wouldn't try what those Alaskan Dems did, they were too principled,
