Yup, I really liked him ALOT until he came up with his amnesty plan and started sidling up to the GOPe. Mr. OG and I heard him speak (on tv) a couple years ago and he is such a great speaker when he talks about how much he loves America, and how hard his family worked - amazingly inspiring individual. It's a real pity he's getting buddy-buddy with the old farts in the GOP.

And as far as the racist thing, I think it would be great to have a Cruz or Rubio to help bring in the hispanic vote - yup, I'm apparently racist (it's not a race, it's cultural)
