Simply depicting the pedophile rapist savage mohammerhead is not "falsely" doing anything. If muslimes are insulted by the very image, then that is THEIR problem, and is indeed protected by free speech.
If the Pentagon Papers and Robert Mapplethorpe are examples of free speech that is protected even if abhorrent, then certainly anything you can write about islime is protected as well. The "clear and present danger" rule does NOT apply.
Indeed, I might decide to become violent and bomb a pornography outlet, because it offends and insults me to the point of violence.
As well, Muslims could eventually get us to cover up our women in burkas because the sight of their sexy bodies incites them to violence. There is no end to this but the double standard will stay in place as the boundaries move, I’m quite sure.
