He did distort the facts by removing the one paragraph, from the middle of his post, that gave some context to this article. Did you even bother to go and read the article and find the missing paragraph?
The amendment was expected to fail, but Republicans parsed the words of the amendment, arguing they could vote for it but at the same time believe that climate change was not man-made.
That's called being objective.
