The ironic thing was that this was sponsored by a resource group for people of color. The attendance was about 90% people of pallor.

We used to have Engineering “Lunch and Learn” the Company provided pizza galore and you went to a conference on a topic (if you wished) ate, learned and got paid.
No politics, just technology.
They cut that budget ages ago.
