It was a subtler snub than the Obama administrations 2009 claim that Fox News was a wing of the Republican party. But that didnt stop Fox anchor Shepard Smith from calling out the White House for slighting the news network at Tuesdays State of the Union lunch. Smith spent much of his on-air news hour waxing poetic about the lunch, which President Obama held in order to lay out his policy proposals before a small group of influential news anchors. But at the end of his broadcast, the Fox anchor pointed out a minor but almost certainly intentional difference between his fancy placeguard and those of the other network

“And .. Shep always over-reacts to everything.”
His boyfriend probably says the same thing. I’m just saying. . .
I’m just saying .. sorry, but I only date REAL men.
Shep’s primary goal is to take Reggie Love’s place and “shoot some hoops” with the President in the Lincoln Bedroom.
I’m not watching the SOTU, since I try to avoid being exposed to evil.
Well, you already get 10 points for the letter x in Fox, so they don’t need to play the letters n e w or s.
I’m planning to watch, Friday Night Tykes instead.
Did ya ever think it was aimed at you, Shep?
Just for the record, Shep has recently compared the states that voted for traditional marriage to the old Deep South racist states. Nice.
Is Shep’s closet door is about to open? Then what will Fox do?
Shep simply showed the ‘hyper sensitivity’ issues that homsexuals exibit all the time....
I’ve recently noted that Shep is “drifting” a lot in how he reports....he looses his point and appears to adlib far too often.
He was never good at this in the first place, and I generally don’t listen to him much to speak of now....I don’t like his style of reporting as he inserts too often his own opinion.
He dreams every day of Obama aiming something at him.
I’m sure Obama will be livid about this when he reads it in the newspaper...
“Im just saying .. sorry, but I only date REAL men.”
You can date whoever floats your boat. I was talking about Shep’s boyfriend. If you two are not one in the same, that’s not bad.
Immature little Kenyan boy.
>>>I always drop the word, President, whenever I say, Obama.<<<
That’s funny, every morning I drop an Obama or two myself.
I have never enjoyed watching him for more than a minute or so. In the beginning he seemed a little too glassy-eyed, now he seems like a border-line drama queen.
I wrote: “His boyfriend probably says the same thing. Im just saying. . .”
Please note that I DID NOT SAY YOU WERE HIS BOYFRIEND.
I even wrote: “I was talking about Sheps boyfriend. If you two are not one in the same, thats not bad.”
Also, that would still mean any hypocrisy is yours, STILL YOURS. Note, I was not the only one who brought up Shep’s reputation, yet you said I was being “rude” for doing so. Did you say the same thing to any other poster who brought it up? No, just me.
And yes, I assumed you were a man. So what? After your tantrum, your sex is officially indeterminate in my book. And I don’t care if you do care or don’t care about that.
Also, if you don’t want someone to respond to the messages you send them then have the common courtesy to not write to that person in the first place. Common sense. Try it.
