now, this arugula issue aside, lets clarify some things.

I'm Italian

as a boy, I made pizza weekly for my Grandfather who blessed me with his charitable praise, telling me he enjoyed my pizza immensely

My sons first word was not mom, dad or bottle - it was pizza (honest)

These caveats in place.....the best pizza at my place is a paper thin with a trace of sauce, oregano and a light dusting of romano...graced modestly with anchovies.....enjoyed with a semi sweet / semi dry (chilled) red wine & as many friends I can squeeze into my kitchen
